The Personnel Department is responsible for the processing of a variety of administrative as well as non-administrative services for the civil servants employed at The Public Entity:

The main tasks of the department are:

Processing of all Executive Council decisions in relation to its employees.

Publication of Vacancies within the Public Entity.

Processing of the dismissals and retirement packages.

Preparing contracts, decrees and letters.

Advising on civil servant employment policy such as disciplinary measures, gratifications,
vacations, sick days and illicit absenteeism.

Administration of personnel records and files.

Salary and payroll administration and processing.

Providing advice to the Executive Council as well as the employees
